Meet our team behind the scenes

Some of you are current clients and may know some of our staff already. Some of you follow us on social media and my have seen some of us. Today I would like to take a minute and tell you a little a bout our office.

We have 2 owners, Ken & Kristie (they are siblings)

Ken & Kristie built this business from the ground up, starting with just a single limousine. There has been a lot of sweat and tears, but they worked through it all. Almost 15 years later, they have a built a wonderful team.

We have departments…

Our operation is broken out into departments, so the responsibilities are consistently overseen by the same people. Linda is our office manager –  Linda handles and oversees the day-to-day operations and just about anything else that needs to be done to make things run smoothly.

Renee is our Chauffeur Manager – She makes sure everyone has the proper training and complies with all regulations & licensing. She also dispatches & assigns reservations, Chauffeurs and vehicles. Her nickname is “Chaos Coordinator” because she is awesome at making things happen!

Our CSR team works around the clock.

Taylor, Richard, Joann, Jeannine, Michael, Meisha – This is our wonderful CSR team. These are the people that you talk to when you call to make a reservation, do an online chat, request a quote and text our office. They work around the clock to ensure that your reservation goes as planned.

Our fleet maintenance and up-keep

Detail team

Gaston and William are responsible for making sure that all vehicles go out clean. This is a huge task, as the weather is ever changing and the reservations never stop and re-start so this is an on-going cycle. 

Ronnie and Jesse are our in-house mechanic team. They keep the wheels moving. From changing wipers and light bulbs to removing the entire interior to look for a lost cell phone. They make it happen! Equipped with a roadside service truck, they are prepared to service any situation, anywhere it happens.

House Mom

Valarie is kind of like our house mom. She makes sure everything in the office stays clean and helps do whatever we need her to. Sometimes it is gift shopping for clients, roses for a wedding, banking, dry cleaning or maybe running a vehicle for an oil change. 

We have a team made up of over 30 Chauffeurs, mixed from full time, part time and seasonal. They work around the clock including holidays and bad weather to make sure you get to where you need to go. Everything from delayed flights, construction, traffic to birthdays & concerts. They will make sure you get there!

We have a diverse fleet of over 33 vehicles. This includes our private SUV’s, Sedans & Vans, Stretch Limousines & Buses.
