One of the largest TNC companies in the country could be facing some HUGE fines and consequences in the state of California. Uber is in an active legal battle with the State of California due to it’s “parent” company not complying with state laws. The judge overseeing the case said that Uber should be fined up $7.3 million and suspended from operating in California. Uber’s license to operate in California is scheduled to be suspended in 30 days, unless the company files an appeal or the Commissioner requests a review of the case.
Aadvanced Limousines always suggest to do some research before using an TNC. Though it may seem like the cheapest or quickest option, there is no price on peace of mind and personal safety. Ride Responsibly, whether your here in our Indianapolis market or in one of the the other 50 states.
