Welcome to 2017! You survived 2016, but did you stick to last years New Years resolution? My guess is that most people did not. I personally do not make resolutions. I just try to be the best me everyday. Sure, I would like to lose weight and quit smoking. I just have to find the motivation and stick with it. Did you make a resolution for 2017? What was it? There are so many things that you could of chosen for your resolution. We all live busy lives and sometimes that makes it hard for us to commit to making these changes.
