We often hear the questions ” is tip included and what is gratuity”. Which is a great question! Gratuity is the tip, or the amount of money that the customer would give to the servant to show their gratitude for the service that was provided. Aadvanced Limousines often does not automatically include the tip amount to your reservation. We have always felt that the tip amount is up to you based on the satisfaction of service that was delivered.

However, please keep in mind that the industry standard tip is 20% of your total bill. Your chauffeur works primarily for gratuity and their service should reflect that. So if your chauffeur has picked you up at the correct location, on time, in a clean car, got you to where you needed to go safely, helped with your luggage, went the extra mile to make sure you had fun and any other wonderful things that our chauffeurs do for our clients, please tip accordingly.

Let your chauffeur know that they did a good job by showing your gratitude.

It is very important that when choosing a transportation choice, you understand if the gratuity is included or not. Some companies will automatically include it which could be a surprise when you get the final receipt. Understanding the charges, deposits, and gratuity is something you should definitely be aware of.
