The people of Yelp love us! This is great. Thank you to everyone who leaves reviews good or bad. We love to hear the feedback and this helps us know how we are doing. Yelp is a great place to find what you are looking for and see what others thought about it. We have a lot of clients that use Yelp and a lot of them have left us reviews for our limo services, wine tours and Christmas Light Tours. Are they all good? No, we are human and we do our best to make sure everything goes perfectly. Unfortunately, there have been some occasions where things did not go as planned. We do our best to have an immediate solution, learn from it, and make it right with the client.
Aadvanced Limousines has 185 reviews on Yelp, but only 11 of them are recommended. For a business, this can be frustrating. I understand that Yelp has a “system” in place to make sure all reviews are real. However, when you have 174 reviews not recommended, it seems crazy.
How do your reviews get recommended? It seems that in order for your reviews to be recommended you must be well established in the Yelp community. They want to know who you are and that you leave reviews for more than just one place. They also watch IP addresses. They want to be sure that you (or the business) is not writing multiple reviews for that business from the same computer. I understand that part. Unfortunately, there are businesses that will pay people to write reviews or they will write them themselves. As a consumer, you want to know that the reviews you are reading are real.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do but hope that people will look at the not recommended ones as well. The people of Yelp still love us and we are proud of that.
